I met him not too long ago. The body is as advertised. That ass is PHAT! I had a lot of fun with him, and (this is my first time leaving a comment on this forum, so I don't know how in detail we can go)...but let's just say, I thoroughly enjoyed our time. The two BIG pet peeves I will say though: 1) he had just clearly smoked before the meeting and so the smell of that smoke was very apparent + his whole demeanor...you could just TELL that he had just rolled one up not long before our meet. 2) I guess he has an aversion to kissing? This is one of those topics that’s interesting, but soooooo subjective to personal choice.

I don't host, even for regulars, mostly because of nosy neighbors in my building.  If you're going to get a hotel room, I suggest you use dayuse.com or one of the other short-term hotel apps.  You get the room for only four or six or maybe eight hours (and it's during the day rather than overnight), but you can reserve a room and not pay for it until you check in.  That way, if your plans with the escort go sideways, you can save the cost of the hotel. 
For added confidentiality, I usually ask the escort to book the room.  If it's the first time I'm hiring that escort, I meet him in front of the hotel to confirm that I'm real before he checks in and spends the money (for which I eventually reimburse him). 

Write a quick private message:  "Hey. Your photos and [insert a compliment or two here] are amazing. Do you ever do side work one-on-one with people? I'd love the opportunity to have some private time with you and maybe spend the night with you if that's your thing. [Insert something about yourself here, age, stats, location, etc.].  If not, no big deal. Keep doing what you're doing, it's working. Peace" 
That'll work.  The worst thing anyone can say in life is no... but you miss 100% of the chances you don't take, and if you take enough, you will eventually get a yes. It's practically guaranteed.

I don’t want to spend time with a guy who thinks he’s that special he’s worth that much. It belies, in my opinion, a certain self-importance that I don’t want to be around.
Furthermore, spending time with someone shouldn’t be that much work. My work is spending time with people, and I’m not compensated anywhere near what these guys are. If you have to work that hard at it to be good at it, maybe it’s not something you should offer. Stick to the hourly sessions if it’s so onerous to do an overnight. Unless of course it’s not that much work and you’re just price gouging. There’s no precedent for price gouging in today’s world. None at all.
Anyhow, I’m off topic. As I said was the risk. I’ll just end this by saying no amount of escorts or former escorts on here giving me a justification for exorbitant rates is going to change my mind that anything above $1800-$2000 per night for a porn star is worth it. I’m not even going to entertain that much if you’re not a porn star. I’ve done enough overnights (and paid top dollar for some too – more than $2000 for six hours) and I’ll tell you, they’re not any better just because you pay more. In fact, the decent guys who charge less are usually better because they’re not so into themselves and project an air of doing you a favor for taking your money.
Just because an escort says it’s a lot of work and he’s good doesn’t make it so. I’d like to see some of these guys do what I do for a week and then reevaluate what’s “a lot of work.”
