The second guy who posted his ad in my town late this morning took it down by early afternoon. Another one bites the dust.

Hot Cross Buns are a Lenten thing all over the world. My local bakery starts making them on Ash Wednesday, and carry them every day through Easter. I'm Italian and go to an Italian bakery - these have raisins in them, or dried fruit (I prefer the raisins). There's a cross on top made of icing (not frosting) and lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar - served at room temp. DELICIOUS.

Whenever a business owner or manager services me (especially in a cafe, or restaurant), I never tip them - they are always providing the same service as one of their employees. Difference is, they're pulling a higher salary / paycheck than their workers, and they also earn the profits off the business. No tipping required. -
Every year, I share this with my friends and family via social media. This year, I share it here, with you. Agnes Moorehead (1900 - 1974) was one of the finest radio / theater / movie / TV actresses of the 20th Century. Most of us know her as 'Endora' from the ABC series 'Bewitched' (1964 - 72). In 1970, she was a guest on 'Oral Roberts Easter Special' which was recorded on Holy Thursday that year, and broadcast on Easter night. It's one of the most moving monologues I've ever seen.

If I calculated correctly, the trial starts the first week of May - not too far away. I'm stocking up on popcorn - one of these 'court networks' better air it !

The same as when it started. The writers took chances with these supporting characters and it just didn't pan out. Skye Marshall plays a caricature - not a character - of the over-ambitious legal eagle trying to find the work / life balance of professional and caring mommy. She brings no depth or sentiment to the character because more often than not, she resorts to yelling her lines while she's bug-eyed. WTF directed her to try and pull that off ? And for the series finale she spent most of her time yelling at Kathy Bates (because that shows she's 'powerful' I guess ?) and doing bug-eyes at Jason Ritter (awfully miscast in his role, too). Who came up with the idea to make the talentless Leah Lewis the 'comic actor' in the series? Someone actually thought a 'funny' character was what this show needed, and thought Lewis was the right choice ? Seriously ? She has no sense of comic timing, doesn't know how to land a 'joke' (or 'funny line' to keep things light) and her character is just not that interesting. She has NO chemistry with any of the other cast members. The whole 'tooth story' was such a misfire on the series finale - they should have eliminated this completely and cut the show to an hour (and her 'first time in the courtroom' story showed she is dramatically challenged, as well). She should be demoted to a background player next season, instead. David Del Rio is sexy Latino eye candy, but has absolutely nothing to do on this show other than bark out his lines and carry a briefcase (men still carry briefcases?). The 'Oops! I'm going to be a daddy!' finale surprise was another misfire - totally out of left field. He plays his character as more of an incel - not as some Romeo having actual sex with another person. Another major fail for the series finale. Season One was great due to the storyline, and the superb acting by Kathy Bates who will - no doubt - win an Emmy. But Bates deserves so much better in supporting players, and by the dud of a series finale - so much better going into season 2.

Reading up on yesteryear's peformers and the struggles they have had, maybe Will Smith, JLo, janet, and Beyonce can get together and do a nostalgic tour of sorts. Smaller venues, they split the costs four ways, keep tickets reasonably priced.

I know many friends - both married and single parents (40s - 60s) - who complained incessantly from 2021 -2024 about 'the price of eggs!', 'the price of rent!', 'the price of a new or used car!' and their paltry paychecks which barely covered their expenses each month. Yet these same people had absolutely NO problem shelling out thousands of dollars for Taylor Swift concert tickets for the family (including their twin adult daughters' boyfriends), in addition to hundreds of dollars in travel expenses / food / lodging to get to the concert 300 miles away. No problem at all. Same people had no problem renewing their seasonal subscriptions to the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, and Boston Bruins - because, you know, 'it's sports' and they have been season subscribers for years. Ka-ching! Same families who still take a week's summer vacation to Orlando, Florida for sentimental reasons because they've been doing it every year since 'the girls were little'. Now the girls are in their late 20s have boyfriends, and they still love doing 'the family vacation' to Disney which sets them back for the price of a new car. But the price of eggs is a whole other story which drove them to financial ruin. Poor families are still driving around in their 2022 Subaru Outback because - you know - the price of cars these days ! I'll be honest - I leave these conversations with them absolutely dumbfounded.

When you are a singer in the 'superstar stratosphere' like Beyonce (and Swift) is marketed as being these days, then yes - not selling out an arena is indeed 'the end of the world' for the singer and her team. As a matter of fact, it's rather embarrassing and humiliating. A singer of her magnitude should be adding more dates to the stadium, not struggling to sell the remaining 3,000 - 5,000 seats. Heads will roll when all is said and done. I have a feeling Beyonce's waning popularity will not be blamed for this failure, but her 'marketing team' sure as hell will be (even if it's not their fault).

Will Smith's long-awaited return to music with his comeback album "Based On A True Story", which is his first since 2005's "Lost and Found," has failed to gain commercial traction, selling just 268 copies in the UK and missing the Billboard 200 in the US. Despite star-studded collaborations and personal lyrics addressing the 2022 Oscars slap directly in tracks like "Int. Barbershop — Day and You Lookin' for Me?," the album failed to gain traction. Undeterred, Will Smith plans to release two more albums and embark on his first headline tour across Europe. The 14-track album includes collaborations with some big names, such as "Beautiful Scars" featuring Big Sean, "Work of Art" with his son Jaden Smith, and "Hard Times" with Teyana Taylor; the latter of which he was actively promoting on Instagram as recently as Friday. However, despite the big-name collaborations, the album sold just 268 physical copies in its first week in the UK, with only 36 digital downloads reported, according to The Sun. In the States, the reception wasn't any better, as Forbes reported that the album didn't make it onto the Billboard 200, marking the first time a solo Will Smith project has missed the chart entirely. The album was seen by many as Smith's attempt to reignite his music career and reconnect with fans following the fallout from the controversial 2022 Oscars incident involving comedian Chris Rock. Will Smith Dealt Major Blow As Comeback Album 'Flops' With Low Sales Years After Oscars Slap Drama WWW.YAHOO.COM Will Smith's comeback album “Based On A True Story” is reportedly struggling commercially and missing the Billboard 200 in the U.S.

That's a very important part of the equation which you didn't include in your OP and changes the dynamics between the two of you. Interesting. I have always seen it the opposite - those people seem to be very well-adjusted and mature, and allow relationships to 'ebb and flow' like everything else in life. They don't box themselves in with such stringent rules and unbreakable boundaries. But that's just how I see it through my own life experiences. -
Anything new ? He's in my area.

He was advertising in my area most of this past week.

As I mentioned in a few threads the past few weeks, I have had my eye on a masseur who has relocated to my area from Florida. He looks to be older than his listed age of 45, but very sexy and hunky for an older gent. I'm interested in making an appointment with him mid-week. So the more l look at him, the more he looks familiar to me - especially his eyes and when he's smiling in his photos - but familiar in a 'younger' look. I pulled out my high school yearbook from 40+ years ago, went through the pages and there he was (I believe). One of the guys I crushed on in HS, and was 'friendly' with in HS (doing homework together in the library, etc but not friends to hang out with outside of school; he was an athlete and did sports in his free time). He never pinged my gaydar . I ran into him about fifteen years ago when he came into my store I owned at the time (he was still as cute and sexy as ever, as he aged sexily into his mid-40s) and we caught up with each other. So now I'm about 90% positive this HS friend whom I had a major crush on throughout those four years, is the masseur I'm interested in getting an 'erotic' massage. I'm debating whether I should go through with this or not ? The good news is, after all these years, if it is indeed him, I will be nude with him for an hour or so and neither of us should be embarrassed. I'm hoping there will be extras with him. I hope there's no awkwardness. (And if I'm mistaken, and this is not him...I can fantasize that it is him rubbing my body with his hands! LOL) Has anyone been in a similar position - have you ever met up with a provider whom you actually knew before ? I don't think this has ever been brought up before in our conversations.

I guess this provider couldn't pre-book anyone for Easter Sunday afternoon / night as his ad is no longer running in my town. But a new traveler has posted an ad - for the exact same time-frame, which is odd.

WOW! I don't know if this was your intention, but in this exchange you shared you come across as very hurt, bitter and rather juvenile. In this case, the ship returned and there was no 'swimming off shore' on your part. The ship returned to you, you were cordially invited to get on, but you come across as too hurt to do so. If you did accept his invitation and met up again for a longer catch-up, you may have rekindled an old friendship which could benefit you at this stage of your life (or maybe not, but you gave it a shot). And through my own experience at 61, I can say rekindling old friendships is much more rewarding than trying to start new ones as we get older. Wishing you all the best as you move forward. -
So with premium membership, you have access to all the dick pics and videos ? Do I have to be at a certain 'tier' in premium membership ? Do you remain anonymous to the escort when checking out his ad or does he know you're checking him out and is able to contact you? Remaining anonymous is why I like being a non-member.

I got a text from one of my favorite traveling masseurs (though he never gives me a massage - it's hot sex from start to finish at massage pricing) saying he will be in my city on Easter Sunday. Hmmm. I'm busy all day with family stuff I'm looking forward to. I thought maybe I can see him late morning early afternoon (some free time in my schedule). He can't do it -check-in at his hotel is 2 pm. He wants to use the 'hotel gym' and grab something to eat before he sees his clients, so he's thinking 3:30 will be the earliest. I told him I had Easter dinner plans at 4 which will last into the evening (he didn't realize it was Easter Sunday, though last time I saw him around Christmas, he told me he was a practicing Latino Catholic and had to make it home to Florida before Christmas Eve). I asked him what his schedule was like on Monday, as I'm working a half day and should be out of work around 1 pm. He told me he's leaving at 11 am, check-out time. Hmmm. I'm curious - do these providers realize that being anywhere for less than 24 hours isn't client-friendly ? Do they consider giving everyone a short window of time doesn't fit into everyone's schedule - especially when half of their trip is on a family Holiday* ? What could possibly be the harm in adding an extra night so you could accommodate more guys ? I know for a fact (he told me before) he gets incredible deals at the hotel he stays in, so my appointment alone can pay for two nights. Do providers ever think this through ? *Family holidays to me is when families and/or friends gather for the occasion: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Christmas Day and even July 4th BBQs.

The other night I went to get my haircut at a salon that I've been going to for about three years now. The woman who owns it is about late 50s, and she and I kind of know some of the same people outside of the salon (acquaintances of mine, not friends). I would always be her last customer she booked (6 pm) because I was an easy 'in and out' (buzz cut). When I went to her the other night, she was less talkative than she usually is (which was fine with me), so I ceased making conversation. The appointment was less than fifteen minutes. At the end I paid her, she took the money (I never tip her since she's the owner and her pricing isn't exactly cheap) and didn't even make eye contact with me. I said, 'Thanks ! I'll call you in six weeks. Have a Happy Easter!" She muttered "Mmmmm." turned around and walked to the backroom, giving me 'The Irish Goodbye' (yes, she has told me in the past she's 100% Irish). Does she realize I've been going to her for quite some time now, I'm one of the easiest / quickest clients she'll ever have, and she makes more money per minute than I do (and everyone else I know does) ? Maybe she was tired from a long day, maybe she didn't feel well, was she upset because I don't tip her ...who knows? All I know is as a business owner, force a smile, say 'Nice seeing you again! Happy Easter!' and wait until I'm out the door before you turn your tail and head to the backroom. I've decided if she does it again, it will be my last appointment with her. Why bother ? -

I'm thinking of booking this week, as I have some vacation days to use at work. I don't have a premium subscription, so I can't see his dick pics. Can anyone tell me if he has a nice one or not ? (Feel free to PM me). 😍 Not that it makes a difference - I will still book for an erotic massage anyhow, no matter the shape and size. 😀 -
I'm not a premium subscriber so I can't see his dick pics. Can anyone report on his dick ? Is it nice ? Big? Bushy or shaved ?

Your legitimate review surrounded by a sea of fakes
Ali Gator replied to viewing ownly's topic in Questions About Hiring
WOW - when I worked at my previous job in a university library, managing the student workers, I was required to review their performance each semester. No matter how bad they were - and there were some who were just awful and lazy - I could NEVER give less than an 'excellent' review (instructions from the library director) as we couldn't 'make them feel bad' or 'single them out from the other workers'. I thought this was horrible for many reasons - especially because I was there to 'teach them' (for some this was the only job they ever had in their life) and they would learn nothing from a fake review. They wouldn't understand to 'learn and improve'. However, she was getting her instructions by the higher ups and we all had to play along. (Which is why no one ever failed in that university, either). -
I do understand that, but it begs the question - will it be worth it ? It's costly and time consuming to extradite her, and I'm sure she'll have an army of lawyers to fight it or prolong it (which would prevent the accused from having a 'speedy trial'). However, if she was in the states, this wouldn't come in to play at all and she'd be on the witness stand in a day. So unless her testimony is deemed 'detrimental' to the case, I doubt they will bother at all, and again - good tactic by Lopez.
