gosh - what a strange feeling I have. I went to pay for my m4rn ad today - something I've actually grappled with doing more than a few times over the years. and realized - it's gone. I kind of feel like the house fell on the wicked witch of the west. man, those people running it were really difficult to deal with! as an escort, dealing with them ranged from poor communication, to heaps of attitude, to their refusing to publish ads - as well as refusing to tell us why (that was shit they pulled 6 and 8 years ago). their advertising prices were too high, and they refused to let us share parts about ourselves that would make it easy for the end user (people interested in hiring) to make decisions. at various times over the years, we couldn't list our rates, our interests (I mean even words like "vanilla" were banned), our naked photos, our contact details, and of course, our websites. to add to all that, if an escort ceased advertising with them, they would not remove his ad. instead, the guy's ad stayed up... people would reach out to contact him with the "contact me" button, but m4rn held the messages, until that escort paid up again! result was that good people who reached out to an escort (many no doubt already having a high emotional challenge in doing so, for various reasons) got no reply from said escort. it would have seemed that the escort was blowing the potential client off! this fukkin' killed me. obviously not all clients are so fragile in their shopping, but I've had a fair number of men and women with low self esteem. when they contacted me, they were ready for me to tell them I didn't want to see them. I'm proud to say I never actually felt like that at the outset, with anyone... but I know this shit can be hard for some. my point is that what men4rentnow did was a true disservice to the industry. now, how does an escort advertise himself, when there's only a few platforms that are truly well known? y'all can see where I'm going with this... to me, advertising on m4rn didn't really seem like a choice. we chose to suck it up (no pun there) and deal with a bunch of dickheads who (rumor had it) were straight, and judging frrom their behavior, excessively money-focused. ultimately, I'm glad they're gone. I'm not glad about how another golden age of freer sexual pursuits seems to be historically marked - much like the demise of 42nd street... or the closing chapter on gay cruising in the 1970s... or the end of a certain kind of porn lifestyle in the 1980s. or the key parties of the 1950s... wait, did those things ever really exist? anyway. Hello Forum Readers. I’m about to embark on a tour of some of the Southeastern USA states. This is not something I do often, as I’m now based in Bali. To prevent any misunderstandings, I’d like to clarify details about me traveling, and clients booking appointments. If you want to book me in a location where I already have travel arranged, you can pick any length for a session you’d like. On the other hand, if you want me to divert my trip and come to a location that’s a couple hours or more away (in travel time), I’d be happy to do so... however, I have to consider the financial feasibility of it all. One of my shorter appointment sessions would probably not be enough for me to justify the trip. On the other hand, a longer appointment (like 6 hours, an overnight, or 24 hours) or even two shorter appointments (like two 3-hour appointments) is something I could likely arrange. Now, if you can’t free up that length of time in your schedule; if you don’t want to pay my rates for a longer appointment; or if we haven’t met before and you have trepidations about spending a longer amount of time with someone you don’t yet know... then those length appointments wouldn’t be an option for you. I totally understand, and I would never pressure you into booking them. I hope that me being direct and clear from the start - whether you get this info from reading this, via one-on-one written communication, or through a phone conversation - will prevent any misunderstandings. Xafnndapp, as long as you're not looking for 3.5 or 4 star accoms- then I'd say yes, go for CCBC. It's more of a 2.5 or 3 star accom – I'm talking about some rooms having cinderblock walls or outdated furniture – but it's clean and the management has really cleaned up their act over the last few years, in terms of hospitality.
