  1. A little thing that struck me was the inside of Valentina's store had a lot of wasted floor space that would never happen in NYC. Pop made much batter use of his floor space and was much more in keeping with Candy Store, Pharmacy that I recall as a child. Usually I would not be picky about such a small detail, but Anit's attack/rape takes place there. It is clearly a pivotal moment in the movie and in the original it comes off as much more animalistic and violent and all the more tragic for Anita and ultimately Tony and Maria.
  2. If you have a twin fantasy these two look enough alike to me to bring that one home but I agree with JUWS that there is an air of trouble about them.
  3. I hope his final season is a losing season.
  4. #15 has a coronavirus feel to it with the rods and orbs. Think we would all prefer that image out of our lives forever.
  5. Do the stallions need to be hung like a horse? As the mares are masked, do the masks allow for oral?
  6. I was writing to a fellow member and mentioned my anticipation for the Palm Springs get together. As soon as I wrote that, Carly Simon's song and a Heinz Ketchup commercial jumped into mind. Similarly Arethra Franklin and the word respect are hard wired together in my brain. , I can rarely use these ord without the song coming to mind and at times to full voice. . . Are there other words that usually bring a song or a video or a commercial to your mind, even if you are discussing a totally unrelated topic?
  7. Also would suggest the listing above be numbered so as to make referral to individual logos easier.
  8. Did Gwenyth Paltrow buy the site and is now listing it on Goop?
  9. I agree that it has that feel and that is why I prefer to the one with the mustachioed man. But that could be James Dean standing there or at least that is my sense of it, which makes it attractive. In any case, I prefer the ones with silhouettes of men in them. The one after the one just mentioned has a nice feel to it and it would be my choice if there was a male silhouette in that along with the print.
  10. There were two that caught my eye that I particularly liked. The one with the man with the handlebar mustache and his fedora pulled down over his eyes has a very 50's feel to it. I like it for the design concept. The man is mysterious and sexy. It conveys an allure with a throwback style. I can almost make out the motion of his taking off his clothing. While some may think it recalls a closeted past, I like the secrecy and sexiness it conveys. Another stylized man on the other end of the printed poster, partially hidden by the print banner and looking back would add to the noire style. That man could be a bit more modern looking with perhaps a more ethnic silhouette. I would definitely wear a graphic shirt with that logo. The one that follows with a lone man standing in the middle with the C and the O having the male symbol also has a noire feel. I do not think you need the male symbols or the rainbow colors. If you are going to use rainbow colors, subtlety with the rainbow just in the O as done elsewhere as the only splash of color would make it stand out without being overbearing. Both the male symbols and the rainbow are overdone in advertising catering to gay men. This one gives to me a hustler standing in the street feel. Would rather see two men in this one as well. The men in most of the art appear alluring but very vanilla. Adding just a subtle touch or kink or racial variety to the men would balance the throwback noire feel with a more modern diversity appeal.
  11. I believe one could say he has a "chubby" in his briefs. Encouraged but not hard.
  12. Perhaps if you were being approached dozens of times a day every day and every hour of the day, you might feel differently. As it is, one "hey" which did not end with a role in the hay, for you seems to indicate that polite interaction when trying to obtain a service. from an escort for this discussion, is too much to ask when it is not reciprocal in a first approach from every provider. For all you know, that "hey" could have been pre programmed and it could beenrmeant as an indication that I am around if you want to talk more after your visit to my page. When I walk into a store, as I approach a clerk I have a clear idea of where the encounter is going to go and I make that clear. Similarly with an escort. My first interaction is a very short but straight forward indication of what I want, when I want it and an inquiry as to whetherthis is a service that is within the realm of the provider's services. A person aimlessly coming to the counter or passing by a web site, may need to be prompted to focus on the intent of the interaction. "May I help you" at a counter would be too formal at a passing web site visit. "Hey" seems unobtrusive and could have been responded to many hours later, which is when you responded, with a simple, "Just Browsing". Not quite as harsh as your response and equally informative. When one is approached many times a day, expecting an adult client to act both as an adult and as a client is not too much to ask. I assume you are an adult, by now you should have been able to figure our how a behave as a client in all its incarnations. Why this is, as you suggested, a mystery to you, is a mystery to me.
  13. As that is the end of the Palm Springs Extravaganza, I expect that would be a good date to have the odometer turn over. I am hoping I am watching someone turnover in my bed at that time.
  14. What is for sure is that the second million posts have happened a lot quicker than the first million. Some of that may be due to the first million being mostly written posts and now there are many more gallery photos. But I also think that the forum has gotten more popular despite the separation out of the reviews due to the whole rent boy situation. Well done to all that have kept this alive through the years and a special thanks to those men who have worked hard to keep it going after Daddy's passing.
  15. I am guessing March 27 at 9 43 P< EDT
  16. Disregard for the fans is amazing. I had already stopped watching most games, just following them on line and through highlights. This may be the push that has me virtually disregarding baseball altogether. Both players and owners expect the fans to just come back as though this is just a family squabble and everyone can have a good time. Baseball fans trend older and so those fans will likely come back out of loyalty or boredom. New fans? I don't think so.
  17. Most would rather not feel compelled to do so.
  18. She is from Oregon and she is also one of the most annoying characters. Did not realize there was a different Merli. Where was that broadcast? Pol is Merli's surviving student and though I do not usually go for such young men and Twink like ones especially, I do find my heart racing and my hard rising when he is on the screen. He just oozes sex appeal. I believe the Philosophy professor is also in Toy Boy as a deceptive lawyer.
  19. The Lure of Entenmann's is in the ready availability and in the 2 for 1 sales. Not a great cake but adequate mass produced snack.
  20. Without him, I would weigh about 150 pounds less. Cake making bastard.
  21. Think of your encounter as a day in Disney World. You were in the happiest place on earth, You paid your admission fee, you rode the rides You probably ate the "turkey leg" and you had a great time. Unfortunately, most of us cannot live in Disney World all the time. There is no reason not to see this man again. Likely the next session will have the added benefit of familiarity. You know where things are. You know what was really the most fun. You probably are thinking of other rides that you missed. And you probably want to sample a nice juicy turkey leg again. If you truly believe you cannot contain yourself seeing this man again within the limits of your budget and his availability. Try Universal. Also great rides. Also a fun time but just a slightly different experience. At some point you are going to want to try Universal anyway because no matter how much fun Disney is, hey Universal may be better. You mentioned that you did light S&M. That involves trust and it is clear this escort was able to establish that. If also involves control, which it seems he was also able to obtain. You need to reestablish the control you have ceded, which does not necessarily return when the session ends. I have an escort with whom I have a Dom sub relationship. We see each other infrequently, but I left a pair of underwear at his place and every now and then I call him and tell him to get the underwear and smell it while I am on the phone. A few inhales and we hang up. He has been more than willing to do so. My bet, you would be willing to do something this escort asked of you even if he called and asked, even if you were a bit Leary of it. As a client, you need to be able to control yourself before you allow someone else to control you . Get your emotions in check. Once you are ready, call him again. Cede control because you choose to, not because you can't help yourself or because he demands it and you will able to continue having fun.
  22. The article did make a case that the closest term in English was probably Mom, though it seems to me Mom is a more casual and endearing than Maman. The article also makes the point the there is no confusion in bringing that word from the French to the English sentence. If he referred to his mother as Maman in life, that would make the case stronger that he should refer to her in the same manner in death. I have friends who do not have English as a primary language refer to their mother as Mami as opposed to Mommy or Momma or Ma or Mom. The term Mami sounds a bit European to these American ears and for me it reflects back culturally, suggesting a more recent immigration to the US.
  23. I just read an article which discussed only the translation of first line of Camus'. The Stranger. “Aujourd’hui, Maman est morte”. Originally translated as Mother died today, the article traces the various incarnations of that one short sentence's translation. The articles author supported the new translation which used Maman died today. He states that the use of Maman which has an endearing quality, establishes for the reader a different relationship between the character and his mother. Mother, a mostly unemotional noun gives a colder and more distanced picture of the relationship between the character and his parent. In reading further about this, others object to the translation moving Today from the head of the sentence. The character is a very in the present moment only type of person and by moving Today to the end of the sentence, his sense of immediacy is subjugated to his relationship with his mother whether she be Maman or Mother. I wonder if Camus spent as much time considering word order or the texture of the word "Maman" as opposed to "mere". There are dozens of articles related to just his one sentence, which took less than I second to read. I must admit, the sentence as translated as "Mother died today" when I read it, ; and reread it several times. It did stay with me throughout the book and to this day. It was a cold slap in the face to open a book with such an emotional sentence. You knew from the opening line that it was not going to be a feel good type of read.
  24. I hired an escort several times, four or five I think before I realized he never addressed me directly with any name. No bro. No dud. No stud. No baby. No sir. And never by my name. When I asked why, he admitted that he had forgotten my name after the first hire and I was in his phone as "guy who tied him up". Seems he had never allowed anyone to do that before. He said as a result of not knowing my name, he did not want to address me at all. I have to say, I found the whole situation a bit of a turn on and asked him never to address me directly with any name. I have subsequently enjoyed several other encounters with him and I am not sure now whether he knows my name or not. I guess I could tell him to "Call Me By Your Name."
  25. I do not know if he can yodel but I would love to make him {s}cream
