Thought I'd come back and update since I met Beau earlier this week in London. Easily one of the best hiring experiences I've had. Communication stayed good beforehand, he arrived on time and followed through fully on what we had discussed. Looks like his pictures, very charming and really good fun both to talk to and to play with. Not a clock watcher, we overran time but he wouldn't take any extra over the agreed fee when I offered, saying it had been his choice to stay longer.
