Meeting a provider for the first time at a semi private studio. I aways go to apt or pvt space when meet any provider. What should I expect? He's paying for the space so should I tip him more or do providers usually figure that into the rate. Any info/advice would be great.

As a client who lives in Queens (though very close to Manhattan via subway) and own a table I find some providers won't venture out. Or if they do it's at a high premium. See what clients may have a table so you don't have to bring that.
