The issue is that you can only list PNP on the profile as a binary option yes/no and not clarify. Many of the escorts that I know list it, but don't use themselves. They are okay with clients who want to use something to be more comfortable or take the edge off.  Yes, that means you can get into really bad situations where a client overdoses in front of you and that's the worst case scenario. It's about identity.
