I have been to Montreal and Paris many times and speak passable French. I should have said that I find French people to be a bit more private than Americans. It could be that this provider will not show his private pics without anticipation of an assignation.

kevenleblanc rentmen who operates out of Dolton, Illinois, a very risky area near Chicago, is another guy who blocks you when you request his private pics. Originally he is from Montreal so maybe that is why he is a bit temperamental! Has anyone here run into him?
