Well DC is a good market for him but hardly cheap. Cleveland is actually not a bad city to be in for him because he would get a lot of action with a body and face like that. I try not to "tag" cities, because many have their own charms. NYC is just too expensive for the bulk of us.

LOL! This is getting interesting. I am a retired lawyer and JES is blowing smoke. Giving one's opinion is not actionable. Slander/Libel is. Stating "I do not recommend him" or "avoid him" does not remotely approach the elements needed to prove those torts.
