Agreed. Judicious amounts of cannabis can be very effective. It can also good prior to a massage.  

I agree about skipping the alcohol entirely. I gave it up years ago not so much for health as because I was sick of the way it made people, including me, act. There’s nothing wrong with a drink. The problem is so few people stop with “a” drink. 

Italians think we’re gross since we don’t wash “down there” between showers.  

I learned from years of living in Europe and have installed bidets in each of my bathrooms. 

I would love to hear about this too.

I have personal experience from several cities, including one you mention, and know of several more. I was introduced in person over thirty years ago. Last visit was right before Covid in a city in Western Europe, 1500 euros for three hours, very high end accommodations and outstanding selection. 

Most major European cities have them. Some of them have been around for a very long time. They are generally quite expensive, extremely discreet, and do not advertise. Admission often requires a personal introduction from a current patron.
