Did you mean "disinfect" things? No, they aren't supposed to. All the products you listed are cleaners rather than disinfectants. Actually, only a small proportion of Clorox products these days will kill bacteria. For example, only Clorox "Regular" Bleach is a disinfectant that will kill 99.99% of bacteria and other nasties. The other bleach products will simply "clean" and/or "sanitize."
