I concur. Saw Sam about 3 years ago. Mediocre... Not bad, not great... Is what I thought as well.

Wow. He has brought them down since I last saw them when he came through my area. You are right that rates he has here are low for Vegas and even low for the area I’m in. Thanks for posting.
