Libido relates fairly directly to levels of free testosterone in the blood. I have a feeling that this particular--what should I call him: model?, entrepreneur?, internet sensation?--could probably pull in some $10,000 for an intimate encounter. I really don't think that a sexual encounter could ever mean that much for a woman. I've also never heard of it happening. Yes, women do occasionally pay for escorts (but there are at least 10 gay escorts for every straight male escort, despite straight women far, far outnumbering gay men). I don't think it's because I'm relatively old and/or "misogynistic" that I can't imagine a woman paying the $$$$ that a super wealthy gay man would. Have you ever discussed libido with a trans man? Believe me, when these guys achieve serum testosterone levels of other men, it's a whole new world. Night and day. Yes, women do have testosterone, but at much lower levels.
