I do not think they will be able to shut down international sites. It is possible they maybe able to block certain ISPs. Even if that is possible, there will always be a work around. Granted the work around will be for the tech savvy or those with cash to spend. Escorting has been around for 100's of years. I doubt Congress is stopping it anytime soon. It is a multi million dollar industry. I am confident as the phoenix rose from the ashes so will some form of communication to enable escort services. Someone is already thinking how can to capitalize on this situation. Those people are preparing as we speak. I am confident that escorts will be providing hot blowjobs for many more years to cum.
