Yeah but it’s the same as Grindr and scruff in terms of search ability. With cl (and with this site, which is why I thought of posting here), there are search ability functions so you could search for whatever kink you’re into. Harder to do that on the apps.

Use Scruff. It has a lot of search features and you can use keywords too. But you have to use the paid version to use the advanced search functions.

This isn’t the right forum for this, but I was wondering if there could be a forum for personal ads on daddy, to pick up the slack left by cl? For example, I’m in the mood to watch some porn and jack with a hung dude in LA (who can host) this morning. I used to be able to post that on craigslist and find someone. Scruff and Grindr just aren’t the same. Maybe there could be a forum for things like that on here? Not sure who would do that or where to post this question to an admin...

CL made that move to avoid any liability in re: to SESTA. If Daddy started that forum, he would put himself at the same risk. Not a smart move for Daddy until the dust settles and we see where SESTA is headed, which is what CL is doing.

Looks like other forums/blogs are trying to push https://doublelist.com/ as an [interim/teporary] replacement for CL

Looks like DC is off to a slow start but NY has more postings.

Other places have noted that CL Missed Connections and Rants and Raves are still active (under the community section) and some postings are migrating there. Additionally I see postings under Groups and Volunteers in the community section as well.

Have posted on and browsed Doublelist today, but I'm confused: having difficulty seeing any ads that were posted other than today's. Is there a search capability? Will the ad I posted today just roll off the UI? Guess I'll find out soon enough. Otherwise it's a limited but workable alternative to Craigslist...

I noticed the other day they seemed to have a 1-day window. Odd

I guess that's what they mean by their slogan "live real ads": after today, they're dead and gone... ;)

I think that this is a very very new site . The Domain Name was only registered 1 week ago (Created Date: 2018-03-23) and is based overseas. It is a work in progress. Early this morning, I couldn't get any of the contents of the ads to show. Give them a little leeway as they grow this capability. I am sure that the functionality will grow in due time...

Doublelist has improved over time. They're now retaining older ads.
