If you're looking at an MF map for masseurs, the mapping software may default to a central location for Chelsea if the advertiser only indicates "Chelsea" as his location.

EDIT to add: I'm not very familiar with the Chelsea neighborhood, but is that very intersection considered the historic "heart" of Chelsea, or is there a main PO or similar significant government building there that might explain why the intersection is used in mapping software?

It is also an area that was rezoned in the last decade allowing for large height buildings. Not sure the rationale, unless it was to "save' the floral district, but that particular four blocks or so are huge high rises that are not like much around them. So it's probably just the fact that there are literally 2000 rental apartments around that cross street

Masseurs might share space if they want to be well located and/or don't actually want you in their home. I remember there being a location in Chicago like that, at Irving Park and Lakeshore. Maybe one of the more knowledgeable Chicagoans can clarify, but those guys may have even had some sort of "manager" that managed them all. Just a thought.
