what European cities have sauna boys and houses of boys other than Barcelona, Madrid, London and Zurich?

There was a boy bar in Budapest to which I went but was thoroughly disappointed to find only Romanian guys that didn’t seem to know the basics of hygiene. The only guy that was cute enough to be hired smelled pretty bad.

 

I have not heard of anything else in Europe.

There was Drakes, a basement bar in Prague, perhaps owned by William Higgins, where some of his boys worked. There were several rooms in the sub basement where they “entertained”. Some rooms had a fetish theme as I remember. The room I was in was just big enough for a full bed and shower and was quite clean. This was maybe 2001.
