Good point. That's kind of rare for me, 95% of the meetings I organize (and I don't call many) are with just people inside the company.

Yes please please confirm appointments. If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as you can. It always brings a smile to my face when a client beats me to the punch and confirms our appointment before I do. I stick to 24 hours and a couple hours before.
