Strange Message on "American Male"

As I was perusing the American Male Escort web site today, there appeared a large HELP sign flashing on the screen. I clicked on it and this strange message appeared. I have posted it below. I have read it several times, and am not sure if it is a joke, or how to interpret it. I will leave it up to your sage minds to come to a conclusion. AND, has anyone else seen this message?

For the ones that don't know: On 8/13/2001 I fell from a 3 story balcony in Cincinnati, Ohio It killed me, parimedics brought me back to life, but it left me in a Coma for over a month. When 9/11 happened I was laying in the hospital in a coma. I moved to Phoenix, Az because they (the doctors) had to put metal in my knee to hold it togeter, Ohio is not the place to live if you have metal in your body.

On 1/5/2004 I went in for a brain tumor to be removed, 30 min after the 14 hour operation I had a seizure (put my in a coma like state for the next month.

 

I'm on so much medications, doctor visits, rehab, etc

I'm still looking for an explanation. I'm not concerned with the monetary donation amounts. What do you think he meant by the following quote, especially the last sentence?

If it is, it's pretty lame. His site seems to be running pretty well as far as I can see. And it's been through several updates in the timeframe he talks about.

 

My first thought when I saw it was he'd been hacked. But that's the cynic in me.

"Hacked" was my first guess, too, although I know little about hacking. It's too bizarrely-written to sound legitimate.

I'm guessing he fell prey to some sort of SQL-infusion that affected his ad rotator. Or he accidentally let a testing page get into the mix.
