Raphael was a 20-something superintendent on the upper west side, who gave massages for extra bread. His was literally a foot long ... he loved opera and could speak at length about casting (past, present, and future) at The Met. His massages were deep and memorable. I can't recall his name it's been soooo long ago but back in the 90s, there was a beautiful soloflex looking young man (I was too) in WeHo; his ad said 'legit only' and as I was terrified of AIDS (as opposed to today being more sane about it but still very cautious) he was perfect. He was really good at what he did and he lived in a loft, I want to say in the Melrose / La Cienega area give or take.

A guy did massage out of an office in downtown Detroit. Unusual in that he started with you on your back, massaging your chest, then flipped you over. The first time I went to him, after I'd flipped over, he started rubbing his hardon (still in shorts) against my hand, and it progressed from there. I honestly don't remember giving him any signals, but being me, I ran with it :-) subsequent visits were purely therapeutic. I remember a listing from a site called findamasseur never hired him but fast forward a couple years and having to choose a new Doctor from my PPO whose photo comes up. He is now my Doctor I figured he was doing massage to get through Med school. actually, and please no attacking here if you haven't had a good experience with him, but I knew a great guy, a massage therapist; no escorting (with me), but every encounter felt so freakin' intimate. He went to Burning Man over a decade ago and literally got burned, horribly. I don't think he was ever able to do massage again. There were other reasons to stop seeing him, but I have fond memories of happier times.

Holy cow. I remember Adam well and wish he were still in DC. (I searched for him over the past few years but to no avail. Sad.) I saw him many times - first for "straight" massages and ultimately fully interactive sessions. He was fantastic - beautiful body and one of the best bodyworkers I've ever been with.
