I met him last week. The communication via text was good. I did not get any sense of flakiness in our interaction.

It seemed to me that it took a bit of time for him to respond to some messages, but he always did respond (I believe all those were via the Rentmen message center) but for the few texts we exchanged those were good. There were a couple requests from him to adjust the day and/or time of the meeting but we were able to work things out. Perhaps that would be considered flaky to some but I didn't have an issue with it.

I just spent a couple of very pleasant hours with Ryan. He's a very grounded and empathetic and also a really sharp guy - very easy to get lost in conversation with.
