Cleaning Out Yourself

I know this was recently posted with a question of how to become real clean before possible anal activities. I'm not looking for pills or enema's but wondered if there was an easy way to naturally clean oneself out. I mean getting everything out! Thanks.

Google "colon cleanse".... I'll bet you see loads of home brews, piles of commercial concoctions, and an unending outpouring of advice.

I use an enema once. 30 mins that I refill the enema with warm water. I repeat until clean. The warm water also cleans the saline solution from the enema so I don't have the feeling of needing "to go". A little bonus is then using your favorite toy to check and see if it comes back clean.

Well had hoped for a bit more but where actually do you get an enema product to clean?

get a shower shot attachment for your shower.

Just be careful of the water temperature as it comes out of the shower shot and the water pressure as well - don't blast!

If you can still find one the Streem Master kit that hangs a bag from your shower head and has a hose down to the nozzle is great. The company went bankrupt and you may not be able to find any. I did a quick Google search and every listing on the first two pages were sold out. I would imagine someone would rip off the design and be selling them again.

I found this useful in making a cleaning routine that works for me. https://howtocleanyourass.wordpress.com/ I would also suggest a high fiber diet and/or fiber supplements like Metamucil. It makes a big difference for me.
