Though he's not my type at all. Completely irrespective of his Ad stating or i should say hinting at his "political and religious" views as I wonder what he means by stating he is "a Christian". I think we all probably get the "gist" of what he meants by that, but I'd be curious how much he thinks being a "Christian" by his definition includes helping the "needy" and helping to "feed the poor". (Never mind, snarky comment). I wouldn't have commented on this thread or about this gentlemen except one thing that he said that i am somewhat curious about.

He states, "I am more Conservative than most of the other models. I am a Christian, and I am Pro-American. So if you don't like that then we probably are not a good match."

I may be "reading too much into it" but he seems to potentially link political "Conservatisim", Christianity and being "pro-American" kind of being one comprehensive package of consistent attributes and beliefs. My only real problem (if i were to ever meet him which won't happen for other reasons) would be if he sub-consciously or consciously equates being politically Conservative and Christian as a litmus test of being truly "Pro-American", whereas a politically moderate Muslim, a liberal Jew, a black lesbian Atheist or a gay "Mexican-American" Buddhist most likely really can't be.

Let’s get back to “are his pictures real” and “does he kiss” etc. and maybe avoid getting this thread moved to the “Politics, Religion, ...” forum ;)

Exactly...plus he's a Virgo and into bondage :p... I'd do that boy in a heart beat, and he wouldn't even have to kiss me, then we could discuss politics over a nice dinner. :p

Somebody better tell his BF that Grayson is straight! LOL

He was advertising as straight as recently as a couple weeks ago. He simply doesn't add up to me as a person---so if you're "taking him at his word" as some have suggested your taking a mess. Given that some people will throw obvious caution to the wind and then complain about the results (the endless tears over Backpage ripoffs, for example), go right ahead but be clear that taking someone at their word does not presume that doing such a thing is necessarily great judgment.

Or you’re taking him at my word (review link above) or from a couple other respected posters in this thread who have verified their visits with him

Is BB porno a conservative value?

Most conservative than others? Christian? Yes, except when it comes to escorting, doing porno, gay sex, sex out of wedlock...

Can someone please tell him he's more of a libertarian?

Grayson is complicated and tends to make his ad more complicated than it needs to be with talk of politics etc. That said, he goes to great lengths to explain what the deposit will be used for. Based on his travel schedule it looks obvious that he's rolling through Florida and may or may not stop in all of those cities depending on appointments. It would suck to have a hotel in every one of those cities and no appointment to cover it.

Do I think it's a great business model? No. But if Grayson has proven one thing over the last couple years, he runs his business his own way.

Gray justifies his right-wing (big Trump supporter) politics with what he calls science and reason. However, his views are totally distorted by his fundamentalist upbringing. His pics are accurate, but he is 38. After seeing him, I'm steering clear of him in the future.

Now there is a final reason I think that Jesus says, "Love your enemies." It is this: that love has within it a redemptive power. And there is a power there that eventually transforms individuals. Just keep being friendly to that person. Just keep loving them, and they can’t stand it too long. Oh, they react in many ways in the beginning. They react with guilt feelings, and sometimes they’ll hate you a little more at that transition period, but just keep loving them. And by the power of your love they will break down under the load. That’s love, you see. It is redemptive, and this is why Jesus says love. There’s something about love that builds up and is creative. There is something about hate that tears down and is destructive. So love your enemies. (from "Loving Your Enemies")

Another reason why we must love our enemies is that hate scars the soul and distorts the personality. Mindful that hate is an evil and dangerous force, we too often think of what it does to the person hated. This is understandable, for hate bring irreparable damage to its victims.

Good luck to him in getting any non white clients with that profile.

Those are old news.

He updated his ad a few weeks ago without mentioning his political point of views or not even calling himself pro-American, whatever that means.

Welcome to posting in the forum!

We have a politics and religion section were you'll love to talk about your political points of views.

Don't you ever tire of being a hall monitor?

This became an attack thread by Post #13. Some truly mean and ignorant statements were made by people who have never even met the guy. (Only one person actually met him and said he would not repeat.) The rest was all pearl clutching ladies who thought they would get the vapors if they met with someone with such atypical opinions.

I respect your concerns. on the topic of Race and embracing other cultures I am extremely sensative to this myself at times having been practically raised by African Americans. I am also Half Native American. All my life I have understood the concerns and difficulties that minorities go through. I actually am very welcoming of all Ethnicities and races. But you don't have to take my word for it. I have many clients all over the country who come from many different racial and ethnic backgrounds.

I've met him too. The pictures are accurate. The only reason someone could possibly say they are not (besides just being a douche) is that he is flexing in most of his pictures -- which is very common. He isn't a "muscle dude" but he's fit and slim and very attractive.

I appologize if I came across

in a negative way. How can I make it up to you?

Gray -- you didn't come off negative to me in any way. We had a good time and I enjoyed your company. The "douche" I was referring to was whoever was saying that you don't look like your pictures. I'm one of the few in this thread who actually know what you look like in real life. ;)

Oh he "gets it." We talked about his ad quite a bit and the impact it will have on a client's decision to hire. We actually didn't talk much about anything political other than its relationship to his ad, but he just refuses to be a closet conservative. If the subject comes up, he's not willing to play dumb and act like he has no opinions. He also doesn't want anyone to hire him who will be shocked (and judgemental) that his beliefs are so out of the gay mainstream.

That said, he's a pretty sweet guy and quite capable of avoiding political discussions.

thank you. I appreciate your kind words. I also appolgize if I come across too abrasively. As a Christian, I am more conservative than most of the people I am surrounded by, but in my Christian circles I am actually known as a "liberal". I am not in favor of any one political party. I simply vo

Orientation: ask me?

No thanks

That is a valid concern.

Political views should not be injected into business advertisements.

However, the topic always comes up so I felt the need to clarify up front that I tend to be more on the conservative side.

The topic always comes up when I'm meeting people because it such a hot topic these days.

So instead of being two-faced or having to face a confrontation in person I thought it would be more appropriate to mention it in the ad. Unfortunately, I see that backfired.

I would also like to point out that because I am a Christian, I tend to be considered more conservative.

However, in my Christian circles, I tend to be labeled a liberal for obvious reasons.

I would label myself as a Liberal Christian and a Political Moderate. I also have many Post Modernist, New Evangelical and New Age Spiritual Views. As many of you know, I study the book "A Course In Miracles".

As a Christian, I cannot condone all of the President’s behavior.

However, as a fiscal conservative, I saw no other alternative.

I personally support Most of the President's agenda. (key word: MOST).

However, When it comes to mistreating people of other races and religions I strongly protest his agenda.

I am extremely open minded to people of a different race or religion.

As for my vote, I consider myself to be a pragmatist, so I believe in coming up with the most practical solution that is a balance between the most realistic and the most idealistic concerns of the time.

I also would not consider myself to be a Republican or a Democrat.

I believe in balance of power between the parties.

I did vote for Obama during the previous Presidential election.

I admire President Obama's behavior more than any President I have seen in History, but I did not support everything his agenda stood for.

To make a long story short, I believe that The most pressing concerns of these next four years are unemployment and the United States’ economy.

I studied Economics in College, and I keep up with the Economic News regularly.

This is why I chose to vote for the party that favored American nationalism at this point in time.

Having said that, I do believe that we need to embrace international globalization and more liberal policies too.

After eight years of liberal policy, I believe the pendulum needed to swing more right.

Like I said, I'm not a Republican or a Democrat.

So in four years, I may choose to vote for a more liberal president.

I have always considered myself to be a bisexual man.

I may choose to marry a male sometime in the future, so of course I backed gay marriage.

I also would like to point out that there were some influential Gay Republicans who helped push through Gay Marriage Legislation, and I think we owe them some gratitude.

Having said that, At this point in US History, I don't think we need more gay rights.

I am more concerned with Unemployment and GDP.

Like I said before, I believe the most pressing concerns are the United States are the economy and jobs.

That is simply my opinion, but I agree with you that they should not be put in a business advertisement.

So in the future, I will leave my political views out of my ad.

I would also ask that if you do meet me, and you do not agree with my political views, that you don't bring up the subject unless you enjoy intellectual debate (which I do).

I enjoy intellectual debate on the subject if you're capable of doing that without getting upset.

I might also add that some of my closest clients that I keep in touch with regularly are on the liberal side.
