To be honest, I have not found a better feeling that blowing your load after someone or while someone is sucking your dick and running their tongue all over the head. I have a friend who tried anal each way once way back in the 90s when he was just starting out, without a condom(may have been high or drunk, not sure), was so freaked out about waiting for his HIV test(which turned out negative) that he decided he had already "used up his get out of jail free card" and has never done anal either way since. One of the reasons I don't book "straight" escorts is that the restrictions or rules of what we will do is limited and restricted. As I got a late start with sex, by the time I tried anal my topping was simply not that good. If it was one of those bottoms who can open their own hole it was okay, but I couldn't really work my way into anyone who was tight.

I understand totally. I have problems with erectile dysfunction too-probably multifactorial such as age, not being in great shape/vascular issues, and maybe a bit of depression. I almost always use sildenafil (generic Viagra) before trying to top. In some cases I've found a cockring to help. I don't know if you've looked in to trimix injections. I tried it once as a test dose. It made me extremely rigid. But it hurt. It obviously doesn't cause pain to everyone, or it wouldn't be used.
