I still proclaim Voyager the most entertaining and engaging Star Trek, thanks to Kate Mulgrew's dazzling Capt. Janeway.

That was a shock in the recent episode (28 January) to find out that Captain Lorca was actually a Terran!

Mulgrew was not the first choice for captain but she sure brought it to life.

She's now the acting captain of the Discovery.

 

On a side note,, I'm pissed that they've now shortened the seasons to what. 10 episodes? I miss the days when you could expect at least 25 episodes per season. Plus, you didn't have to pay for anything just to watch the only show worth watching. Well to me anyways. I blame shows like the GOT.

I think CBS has a trial membership so join and binge watch it.
