With the wealth of pictures here, I've been pondering if we have to distinguish between a bulge, a VPL, and "oh that's just his cock showing". Thoughts? :p

Since VPL literally means "Visible Penis Line" I would think all of the terms @poolboy48220 brings up might easily fit within the VPL category. I mean, a bulge may not show a delineated outline but does show that there is definitely a penis causing that bulge! In the case of "oh that's just his cock showing" there is no doubt you also see the outline of the cock as well as part or all of the organ itself! :p
