I'm pretty sure that I know a good portion of the trans guys escorting in the US and there is no one specific place we're at, although rentmen has probably the lions share of ongoing escorts (aka guys who make a business of escorting instead of trying it out every now and then). I would echo @Keith30309's suggestion to search FTM as a search term on that site. That being said there still isn't a huge array of guys working in every city, we're still a pretty niche market. I would also look on backpage both under t4m and m4m categories if you aren't in San Francisco, Chicago, DC, NYC. You could also put a post on craigslist saying you are generous and seeing who drops you a line.

Sorry for being super late to this thread! I have nothing new to add that hasn't already been said about finding trans guys. I was in DC, but I'm now in Chicago as of last fall. However, I often go back about once a year or so.
