Yeah, should have figured. I've seen a number of those in NYC lately. Part of me understands that -- travel time and costs arguably eat into a guy's overhead. I'd consider it, as long as the fee bump doesn't carry into multiple hours. And, if I recall correctly, Patrick does multiple hour discounts (or at least did).
