For me, the decision would be based on my own anticipated reaction to outcomes...

 

If I know that I'll potentially be disappointed or frustrated by no fun... I'd go for the sure thing.

 

In this case... if you'd take a disappointing Steamworks experience in your stride.. start there. If a disappointing Steamworks experience will frustrate or depress you, or cause you to make a crotch-driven, unresearched escort decision afterwards... just do the homework and hire a guy.

Went to Steamworks Chicago about 2 weeks ago for the first time. Amazing place with tons of hot guys. I don't go to too many bathhouses uses but I'd say this or SW Berkeley would be the best. A lot of areas to watch guys getting it on too or to participate in. I didn't plan on spending too much time time there, but ended up staying there abut 6 hrs until I had to leave a catch a flight.
