well we will have to watch 20/20 tonight to see what he says about it. but, sounds like to me it's his word vs. hers. he has things to gain by saying these things. where's the proof of his claims that they had an affair etc... his word vs hers again.

Depends on whether there's a contract violation. Since I'm not privvy to the contents of her contract (and don't want to be, actually), I'll leave it up to the people who are to make that decision.
