I wonder how the "production trials" will proceed, who will conduct them, and how they are reviewed. But we are now "in position" for them.

 

May we assume what "a satisfactory outcome" might be -- aside from perhaps the greatest bureaucratic pun of the week?

 

And who gets to conduct the final regulatory review??

From reading the article, I gather that the condom isn't intended to help get an erection but to prolong (extend?) the erection. Otherwise, how do you get the thing on if you don't have a Woodie to begin with? I am willing to volunteer to judge the "tests." }(
