What is the "diapers" scene?

Not sure if this belongs here or in the fetish forum. I have seen several "tops" on the Rentboy site list "diapers" as one of their turnons. Hate to show my ignorance but what are they talking about? Does this mean that they show up wearing diapers or do they like to put them on the client? What do they use, Depends? :+

The thing that's odd about the rentboy "turn ons" list is that if we choose "vanilla," we cannot choose any other "turn on." I guess you're either into vanilla or you're into the other stuff. That's too black-and-white for me. People often use the term "vanilla" disparagingly, but it refers to activities that really turn me on a lot: kissing, body contact, sucking, fucking...but on the rentboy site, oral and anal are listed as separate from "vanilla." Also, Derek and I are open to the kinkier things, so that's another reason I didn't click vanilla. But we didn't choose "diapers" because we are not ready for that, yet. I wish they had "wee wee pads," though, for when we get our puppy.
