April Meeting of Los Angeles Hoovillians-New Location!

The April Meeting of Hoovillians is going to be held on Thursday the 28th.

The meeting will take place at L'etoile restaurant on SMB-near Robertson at 7:30 pm.

The reason for the change is that The Dining out for Life event is that night and L'etiole is participating in this.

PLEASE PRIVATE ME if you are planning on attending this months dinner as I have to make reservation and the restaurant is going to be busy that night.

Loooking forward to meeting some new people and seeing some old(and some not so old)friends.

Finally I will be coming out of the shadows and driving in to make an appearance at a HooVille gathering. Sorry to say I will be arriving solo -- but I will hopefully have some witty war stories to share.

 

It'll be great to see my friend Beguiled Traveller again -- as well as finally meeting Uncle Bill, BigGuyinPasadena, TomCal, and possibly Deej and others who are known to me by voice only.

l'etoile is the name the restaurant used to go by, years ago.

To avoid traffic I`m probably going to be in Weho earlier at Micky`s. They have Cocktails with the Stars at 6.30pm with this weeks guest star Marcus Iron -should I know of him ??.

Last time I was there,for this event, Pete Ross was the scheduled guest star with host Ryan Seacrest.

Pete stood around before appearance time but nobody in the bar either acknowledged him or recognised him. I walked up to him and we had a very pleasant meeting. :9 . Super Nice Guy with a Great Bod. :9
