Hey y'all - I get a lot of calls from numbers I don't have saved, and I can't always answer the phone. Hardly any of these callers (assuming they are potential clients) leave a voicemail, or send a text after missing me, so I'm going to grovel for a moment: PLEASE leave a message! Send a text! I'll get back to you. Thank you <3

I'm not an escort, but over the past 6-9 months I've seen a dramatic increase in calls where they don't leave a message. I always go to this site and enter the phone number of any info from others:

Don't let the name of the dissuade you. Most of the numbers I enter are not 800 numbers. Wealth of info and has helped me identified telemarketers or scams. And never call the number back. It will only confirm that it's a working phone number and the number of robo calls will increase immediately. I don't even let the call go to voice mail. I just dismiss it and "assume" if it's a real call for me, they'll call back.

From the client side - lots of guys don't call back. And there are plenty of times when I'm calling at a time when I can talk, and don't really want a callback at a time when I can't freely discuss meeting up. Much less of a problem these days now that texting is so common.

 

Back in the 90's, closeted & hiring on the sly, I'd called a guy, got no answer, didn't leave a message, and he called me back a few hours later. My roommate answered the call, and the guy asked "were you calling about my massage ad?" Awkward...

Good comments; thanks. "Reconciling" that with a client development/escort perspective, if I miss a (non-robo) call by about 5 minutes or less I'm more inclined to call back but not after much longer than that.

 

But yes, prospective client gents, please consider calling once and leaving a voicemail perhaps including brief, basic 411: where you are, what kind of session you seek and for how long. For me, I prioritize returning messages that already signal a more professional client than someone who "phone bombs" me.

This is why I prefer texting. I am more likely to anseer a text faster than a call. I rarely answer the phone because of the robo calls and I also have a day job that I do and the hours vary. Plus if I am out in public I dont think the person next to me wants to hear about tounge punching someones fart box or wanting to know how many fingers one can fit up their ass. Common courtesy ya know. But all that can be chatted about on the downlow via text.
