I suspected from my first view of that video that it wasn't random, and it never occurred to me that it was abuse of some unsuspecting, defenseless person. The whole set up with the disheveled look told me this was staged. Shouldn't we be celebrating the lil guy for the ingenuity? Assume nothing. Maybe the guy isn't a 'scort though he reminds me behaviorally of the straight escorts I've hired to drain... (i.e. to-the-point, emotionally detached; yet polite, just complimentary and positive enough so you call back and feel good about the experience, but not exerting too much effort around it)

My minor sleuthing is probably not much help, but I'm assuming the video is several years old, and takes place in Canada.

 

On the tv you can hear the newscasters speaking about Carly Rae Jepsen being nominated for several Juno Awards for "Call Me Maybe." That song came out in 2012, and the Juno's are the Canadian Grammy Awards, which probably wouldn't get much press here. So I suspect the video is about 5 years old from Canada.

 

And don't even ask how I noticed what was playing on the tv while that action was happening. Because you're right-that guy is hot!
