A new fringe benefit?

Perhaps some of you have seen this article already, but I ran across this in the NYT. A local official in Sweden has a novel proposal to improve work-life balance and lift the local birthrate: give municipal employees an hourlong paid break each week to go home and have sex.

I've long thought everybody would just be happier if they just got laid more often. So perhaps this could perk up the happiness quotient a bit, even if it's just one hour.
