When I was 14-15 and the "real" pre-Disney Times Square was still in bloom, you could walk down 42nd St and many of the porn theaters had boxes out front FILLED with both 8mm and cassette movies, almost ALL unmarked. 1$ EACH, stick your hand in and take your chances. Some of the 8mm would occassionally have something scribbled on the round plastic container ie "guys" which of course was what I looked for. I still have an Old Reliable CD (transfer from film). Back in the 80s I got massages from a guy who had done work for them. He was very hot, usually high, and he charged $50.
