Zooming to 300% and using a magnifying glass, I get FLICK security. Which is why I think it looks like FUCK, because the LI together kinda looks like it forms a U...

It most likely says FLICK' but as azdr0710 implies with a butt like that who the FUCK cares!

 

Now I can easily read the emblem on this cop 's uniform... an example of Connecticut's finest! I would like to know his identity. Perhaps someone with better eyesight that I and with a magnifying glass can read the name on his badge.
