Translation help--sex terms en español?

I am traveling to Peru in a few months.

 

And, lo and behold!, a guy from Peru "woof'd" me on an app.

 

So now we've been chatting--with the aid of Bing translator, which is pretty bad. But that is ok for basic talk.

 

But when it comes to talking about sex, I doubt Microsoft has put much thought into Bing's translation of words like oral, anal, rimming, etc. in the context of sex.

 

So is there a decent online vocabulary somewhere to assist us in talking about sex?

I had a big problem with this when I was in Ecuador. Plenty of hot locals hit me up on Grindr, but they spoke even less English than I did Spanish. There would have been no problem what with google translate, except they kept messaging the Spanish equivalent of C U soon and total bttm here, which google didn't know what to do with.

I'm not sure of the slang word for "rimming" but if you say the following in Spanish "Quiero comer tu culo con mi lengua" I'm sure the Spanish speaking guy would get your gist. It literally means "I want to eat your ass with my tongue". I'm sure someone in this forum will have the slang equivalent.
