I've seen his ad many times and passed. For starters, I don't find him to be attractive. He used to advertise as being in City Heights, which is not a particularly nice neighborhood. He has since changed his ad to list the more desirable North Park neighborhood, but the zip code listed corresponds to City Heights and the grungier parts of Normal Heights. Given that Normal Heights is now a hot area he would have been better off to say he lived in Normal Heights, as part of Normal Heights is in 92105.
