it was with some sadness, but not surprise, I read Daddy's Christmas note.

 

Some changes we (perhaps collectively or at least in part) caused (sic transit Gloria EOY), and some changes we (electoral college speaking) voted for. I for one join Daddy in my regret, disappointment (alright anger), and some trepidation on these.

 

The price of democracy is participation. I hope we can all enjoy life, liberty, and the happiness of pursuit of the men of our dreams.

 

At this time of reflection, and thinking about the new year, let's all strive to support in the ways we can the liberties we enjoy.
