Philadelphia travel suggestions

Hey guys. I'm planning on giving myself a birthday treat by going to Philadelphia for a few days and sampling some of the Premier Escorts (have a list of five so far). It's been about 15 years since I was in Philadelphia and I have no clue about the area. I need some advice and suggestions on where to stay and eat(not that! I mean restaurants). I was thinking of staying at the Hampton Inn near the Convention Center. Will that be close to the Premier Escort site? Price is right but is it in a safe area and fairly decent?

 

Suggestions on dining especially on where I can take the escort before or after our sessions would be appreciated.

The Hampton Inn by the Convention Center really is not very convenient to Premier--they're in a rather out of the way area, and the nearest places to stay are probably the Independence Inn on 3rd St or the Holiday Inn at 4th and Arch. There is a also a Comfort Inn on Columus Blvd. that is within walking distance. Another virtually unknown place is the tiny Gaskill House b&b on Gaskill St. just north of the South St. entertainment area (phone: 215-413-0669, website http://www.gaskillhouse.com). There are loads of great restaurants in Philly; the last time I was there I had a wonderful meal at Jones at 7th and Walnut. Private me if you want more information. (I lived there for 40 years.)

If you plan on seeing guys at your hotel then there's no need to be convenient to the Premier House. We service all of the downtown hotels. If you want to use our IN location for seeing the guys then you should stay at The Holiday Inn - Independence Mall at 4th and Arch or the Comfort Inn at Penns Landing at Columbus and Race or The Hyatt Regency Penns Landing at Columbus and Dock St. All are walking distance to The Premier House.

 

Restaurants - we could be here all day listing restaurants. My advice to you is give Scott a call at Premier on Sat, Sun, or Mon before 9PM and also Tues and Wed after 6PM. He's been to just about every restaurant in town including all of the new Steven Starr Restaurants and can give you a run down on exactly what you're looking for.

Very nice hotels are fairly cheap in Philadelphia. You might want to do a more thorough search, especially around Walnut/Locust Streets

in 1600-1900 blocks. The hotel you picked may be very cheap, but that's because it's near the Convention Center; there are much nicer areas of the city and hotel for not much more money.

 

Nick is right, there is no need to be within walking distance to

Premier. You can either do a short cab ride or have the escorts visit you.
