I've experienced something similar except with a dating app hookup (OK Cupid), without the diet, and in my 60s. The right partner makes a big difference. As does size, in my case; I can be reliably orgasmic through penetration alone with the right guys under 6"; no one with an erection over 6" is the right guy in that regard.

Thank you all! An extra thank you to whoever recommended Dr. John Faulkner, Urologist in the Palm Springs area. It took two months to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait. He wanted to know what my goals were, and instead of running me in and out with an RX to pee more freely in my hand, he talked about the benefits and SIDE EFFECTS of Flomax and Finasteride, two very common drugs for urinary issues and BPH. Both are counter indicated for my particulsr sexual and mental health and I have discontinued them. WARNING: check the serious side effects of FINASTERIDE before you take it. Serious shit! ED, depression, anxiety, mood swings, addiction and life long symptoms for some even after they stop taking it. Flomax isn't much better- retrograde ejaculation, weakness, low energy, drowsiness.
