Something else is unusual about the ad.

 

If you Google the photos in the ad, the search result comes up with Rentboy (NOT RENTMEN) for the photos. The could mean that the photos have been around for a while and have been used for other ads on RENTBOY that are no longer available because of the closure of rentboy.

I looked into him tonight because he's in DC for a while.

 

I found the real name and info of the man in the pictures. All the RM profile information including the area code of the cell number match the man in the picture, who claims to be self-employed as either a trainer or real estate agent at the moment but mostly calls bodybuilding his job. There's also a Flex 4 Cash page with this escort name and pic in his hometown. He talks about trying a career change at the start of this year, but it sounds like that didn't work out right around the time the RM page was created. Maybe he used to escort on Rentboy and is now back to escorting again?
