So which is your preference Saturday or Sunday?

I have had the good fortune for quite a few years to be entertained on Saturday and then separately on Sunday. I know many of you have done both Saturday and Sunday and so not as to reflect poorly on either, I shall refer to each that way.

Saturday is truly a wonder. Saturday is of average size but he is always challenging and sometimes is so hard that I cannot finish without becoming totally exhausted. Saturday does not mind if it takes more than an hour, in fact that seems to be the preference. Saturday frequently goes down all the way and Saturday will always keep me guessing. Saturday has a way with words that leaves me dumbfounded at times. Saturday's arrival at my home is always welcome though sometimes late. There are times I just sit looking at Saturday and I wonder where to start. Sometimes when I get off to a hot start with Saturday, I think this is the week that I will truly master Saturday, but there is always a twist and I find myself at Saturday's mercy but Saturday is sometimes merciless. A complaint that I have about Saturday is that Saturday will at times not allow me the satisfaction of completion. I will be right at the edge and Saturday will exert the power to stop me in my tracks, preventing me for truly realizing the ultimate. Over time however, I have managed to find great humility in ceding to Saturday's power to control but these days, I am usually the one with the knowing smile and the sloppy grin on my face at the end of our session.

 

Now Sunday is very different. Sunday always arrives at my house early. Sunday is big and fun and not at all the inscrutable type that Saturday is. Sunday is warm and welcoming. Usually I will start Sunday with a cup of coffee because I want to be awake to fully enjoy Sunday, but eventually, Sunday and I are in the bed and having a great time. Despite the large size, Sunday is more gentle than Saturday. Sunday's preference is for short and easy with an occasional long thrust that will leave me either laughing or groaning. One of the nice things about Sunday is that Sunday is usually finished with a few minutes left for me to lie there in the afterglow of satisfaction. Sunday seems designed to satisfy those of a certain age, whereas Saturday will sometimes makes references that a man my age just does not understand. But Saturday does expand my horizons while Sunday leaves me with a nice warm afterglow. I must say, with Sunday, I have to careful not to finish too quickly because at my age, two in one day is more than I can truly enjoy.

 

So which is your preference?

 

Saturday: solidly built, at time inscrutable and difficult to master, but willing to give you a challenging time way past an hour and always leaving you with a sense of accomplishment when you are done.

 

Sunday: big, fun, easy to have a lazy morning of coffee and then bed and with an odd sometimes painful sense of humor who can entertain with short strokes but who, most of the time, does not go down all the way. In the end however, you will find yourself in a warm afterglow with Sunday in your bed.

Although I find myself fantasizing about Saturday, in reality I always fall back to Sunday to give me what I really need.
