I have not had a response to a text message I sent yesterday to his number (212-602-1485).

 

I know that his rentmen ad expired but I noticed, from looking at his ad, that he has not logged into his rentmen ad since December of last year.

 

Is he advertising on a different site?

 

Has he gone into retirement?

 

If I get a response to my text message, I will come back and give an update.

It said new photo & phone number as of 09-13-16 (this has since disappeared)

The phone number has since been included in his new verification dated 09-13-16.

In my dealings with him prior to his second retirement, he did not respond to text messages but responded to a phone call. Unfortunately he had retired again when I went to make arrangements this past spring.

I still have no response to my text message of Monday night. Calling the phone number reaches a recording.

 

Something seems odd with his rent-men ad. Although the ad is now expired, if you look at the statistics on his ad, it shows he became a rentmen member on December 13, 2015 and also December 13, 2015 was his last log in, according to rentmen.

 

Question, did he register and pay for the rentmen ad on December 13, 2016 and never log in again?

 

Or, did someone give him a gift of a rentmen ad that he never used?

 

Is the data on rentmen wrong?

 

Is he advertising on a different site?

 

Or, as was previously reported, is he now retired and not responding to client text and/or calls?

 

Maybe someone has some recent contact with him.
