This may have been discussed here already (I searched and didn't find a discussion), but in case it hasn't I thought I'd bring to members' attention a documentary called "I'm A Pornstar." I stumbled across it on Amazon last night (free to view for Prime members). The rating on Amazon is accurate -- 2.5 stars. I cannot imagine actually watching the entire thing, but I did find parts of it interesting. Thankfully it was pretty easy to move my mouse over the time bar and jump to the next scene when someone dull was speaking -- including the dull narration that begins the film.

Here were a few of my impressions:

Brent Everett seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

Johnny Rapid is full of himself to the extent that he seems a bit delusional.

Rocco Reed was interesting. A guy who thought he was straight falls for a preop MTF, realizes he actually likes sucking dick when she still had one, is a bit upset when she gets surgery, and then ultimately settles into a satisfying sex life with her after a while. I don't think he specifically used the term bisexual, but it seems like falling in love with someone transgendered made him realize his sexual orientation was fluid.

Some straight male director of gay porn was perhaps the most revealing person in the documentary in the sense that it clearly conveys why so much porn is ultimately boring: Instead of setting up a scene where performers can actually enjoy having sex with each other and then capturing it on video in the best way possible, some directors think it makes sense to interrupt sex to talk about camera angles, positions, lighting, what it's going to take to get someone to reach orgasm, etc. No wonder this guy said something to the effect of porn being work, not pleasure.

This film certainly could have been a lot better, but it's worth checking out if you're a Prime member who can watch it for free.

Here's the trailer for the huffpost one (not the one the OP discusses). Curtis from Sean Cody is in it, saying he's a straight man who enjoys gay sex. Given how much he likes to deepthroat and get pounded hard, I'd say that's an understatement.

"I'm not a cum-swallowing, gaping-butthole-owning gay man. I just enjoy playing one on videos that gay men watch all around the world!"

:)
