Rex Chandler is 6'4", according to wikipedia.org. Given the heights of the other people in the elevator, I'd say the gentleman in question is about 5'11" to 6'.

Recent? We do remember that Silence of the Lambs came out in the early 90s, which is long enough ago that everyone's hair, let alone hairline, could have changed many times?

There's definitely a resemblance. But considering that these pictures are probably within a few years of each other, IMHO the hairline on that guy in Silence Of The Lambs looks a lot more receded than Rex's.

According to that fount of all wisdom, Wikipedia, he was/is straight and had it in his contract he would only top. Wikipedia also reports he is married.
