From my experience, a lot of potential clients look to bottom. Because of this, a lot of escorts now advertise as either vers top or top. Also, some people are also getting paranoid of stds that are contracted anally.

At least 2 on your list I know the reasons why. Alain, himself, posted to the forum why he no longer bottoms. I won't remark on the other because it's up to him if he wants to explain why.

 

As for other bottoms or versatile guys who now advertise as tops, some still bottom if you ask. I know a few from personal experience and some (who I've not met) were willing to bottom because I was polite in the asking.

 

And yes, there are those who were once strict tops who became versatile bottoms. Prime example I can think of is Ralf Macho. I've been watching his ad over the years. He used to advertise as a dom top. Sometime last year he started to advertise as a bottom, then versatile bottom, and the last time I checked... It was ask me. If he did incalls I would have met him as soon as I noticed the switch.

 

Maybe some switch to address who contacts them the most.

Yes, but I was talking about before I started reading it. I didn't read it initially because I thought it was about everybody (meaning clients) seeking out tops (meaning escorts), and I thought the answer was obvious.

They don't fast. Fasting is for amateurs and is entirely unnecessary. The real pros simply learn how to clean correctly and how to have a healthy, consistent diet.

 

If you eat huge uneven meals every time and your body is on overdrive constantly, maybe I see the point of reducing intake to make it possible to bottom for half an hour, but if you eat in a healthy way, healthy portions and know how to douche properly, you can go for periods of 18 hours bottoming for huge dicks and not worry at all.

 

In this date and age we know the science... everyone should learn to douche properly.
