You can screen capture first and chop off the pic you need

(1) If you have the browser add-ons for Reverse Image Search or TinEye. you can right-click on the image and search

 

or

 

(2) If you are using FireFox, you can right-clck on the image and then choose "view background image". This will give you a page with just the pic. You can then save/search/whatever.
